# Vakanto (ვაკანტო)

> Vakanto (vakanto.ge) is a free AI job-matching service for Georgia. A job seeker uploads or pastes their CV, and Vakanto shows open vacancies on the Georgian job market ranked by how well they fit that person's experience. The interface is in Georgian.

- Free for job seekers. No account is needed to upload a CV and see matches; signing in (phone number + SMS code) is only needed to save vacancies, add notes, or edit the CV later.
- CV formats: PDF, DOCX, DOC, TXT, RTF (up to 5 MB), or pasted text. The CV can be in Georgian, English, or another language.
- Each matched vacancy gets a fit score from 0 to 100. Users can mark vacancies as interesting or not a fit, and save them for later.
- Vacancies come from open listings currently published on major Georgian job boards and are refreshed daily. Applying happens on the original listing.
- Built for experienced professionals who want to see what fits them without actively searching, including people who are employed but open to interesting offers.
- Vakanto is not a job board: employers cannot post vacancies on it.
- Privacy: a CV is not shown to anyone unless the user explicitly opts in to make it visible to potential employers. CVs are not sold or shared with third parties. CV text is processed with the OpenAI API. Users can delete their CV and data at any time from the "My CV" page.
